All our cakes are fully boxed, labelled and delivered in a customised refrigerated Van by one of our baking staff so it is fully guaranteed to arrive perfect and on time every time.
James and Carolyn Schmidt are a happily married couple that went into business just 6 months after they were married.
They understand the pressure of organising a wedding.
James is a fully qualified pastry chef that learnt his trade from his father who owned Budapest Cakes for over 40 years until he retired. Carolyn worked in the office there, which is where they originally met.
James has worked in many bakeries overseas and is continually pushing the boundaries with his amazing eye to detail and his ability to just make it work. He is continually trying new techniques and sharing his craft with his staff. In house training happens every day.
