On average, a bride will utilize the products and services of approximately 16 different wedding suppliers to service her wedding day. To determine the final 16, a bride will, email, telephone or visit over 120 different suppliers. The most daunting task for the bride is selecting who she believes will provide the best product, the best service, the greatest value and the best attitude.
To assist future brides in this selection process, ABIA developed a program which enables past brides to rate their wedding supplier’s product, service, value and staff. The ABIA directory is an extensive database of these wedding industry suppliers which displays the overall ratings received by each supplier from their past bridal customers. The database also displays the suppliers ABIA Accreditation, ABIA Awards and their ABIA history.
Log into the ABIA Directory and once you have done a search for a category in your state, click the name of each supplier to view their ratings history.
